Terms of Service

Scope of services

SiteLaunch Studio provides website demos, website design, website development, project management, hosting-related support, maintenance and related digital services.

Free demo process

Visitors may request a free website demo. The demo request does not create a payment obligation. Payment is only required if the client explicitly decides to proceed with a paid package.

Packages and subscriptions

Paid projects may include a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription for hosting, maintenance, support or agreed ongoing services. The concrete scope is agreed before payment.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, legal text, images, logos, product information, approvals and any required rights to supplied material.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment status and subscription events may be recorded in the client dashboard and admin system.

Cancellation

Cancellation and subscription terms are agreed in the relevant package or individual project agreement before paid work begins.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. SiteLaunch Studio is not responsible for client-provided content, third-party outages, or unlawful material supplied by clients.
